The Hunan Chenzhou national geological park in Feitian Mountain is located in the southern Hunan Province, within the boundaries of Chenzhou Suxian Mountain and North Lake District with a total area approximately 110 square kilometers. The geological park takes on Danxia Landform pattern and the karts limestone caves as the main characteristics.

Feitian Mountain's Danxia Landform pattern is 25 kilometers away from Chenzhou with an area of 48 square kilometers. It is the red rock landform, the landform is carved by nature, resembles lifelike human, beast, thing and bird. The main Danxia Landform pattern is fort. They are located orderly. Many strongholds become the muddy circular hollow spots. The holy stronghold is one of the main sceneries in the scenic area. There are canyons, stone doors, inborn bridges, and grottos between them. It forms the marvelous Danxia Landform pattern landscape with the stronghold (fort) in center, two river water as the linkage. The red rocks and green water, the canyons and wonderful caves, the ancient wooden and bamboo sea, together form queer landscapes of Danxia.

Wanhua Cavern is located 12 kilometer away from the southwest Chenzhou's Wanhuayan Town. It was formed approximately 3.5 to 3.2 million years ago in lower carbon calcareous rock. There is, in northwest direction, an underground river about 9 kilometers long. The main cave length is 2,245 meters. In the cave, there are 13 halls with different characteristics. The cave can hold several thousand people. There is spring outside the cave, caves in the cave, river in the cave. The deposition of autunite forms various kinds in the cave, such as the barren soil, the stalactite, the stone column, the stone curtain. "The Submarine Crystal Awl" is in particular the world's second natural treasure, with "Shi Dan Sheng Sun" for the world initial strange treasure. The landscapes outside the cave are also extremely magnificent. Waterfall falls from more than 50 meters high crags like a silver water curtain. Through the waterfall you can see the three characters "Wan Hua Yan" written by Southern Song Dynasty's renowned scholar Zhang Naxuan.

There are two hanging wooden coffins in the cave in the precipice above about 10 meters the river water, 200 meters from the Liyu Stronghold and the phoenix shape mountain. This landscape of south Hunan, gives people infinite thought of how ancient people placed the unwieldy wooden coffins onto the cave ten meters above water.

The scenic area's geological structure is very complex. In the area the landform type is diverse; there are both the model of Danxia landform pattern and the karsts limestone. The park integrates red rock, Danxia landform pattern, the limestone cave, the clean water, the hot spring into a whole. Green hills, clean water, red cliffs and red walls and bamboo grove, they all form a wonderful, dangerous, beautiful and fresh natural picture.
